Meet Our Team
Aleš Pustovrh, PhD
Aleš has been working in market research for 20 years and with startups for the last 10 years. As such, he has been one of the founders of ABC Venture Accelerator and a partner at Fil Rouge Capital Venture Capital fund. He also completed his PhD in 2014 in Open Innovation at the University of Ljubljana, Slovenia. He continues to research the new forms of innovation, emerging innovation systems and business models connected to them at this University. Both in his academic and other activities, he remains closely connected to the regions of Southeast-, East- and Central Europe, using the diverse environments and experiences as inputs for his research. With such focus, he collaborated with several institutions from these regions and has worked in Slovenia, Croatia and Italy in the past.
Petra Pustovrh, MSc
Petra has been working in different areas of marketing, market research, project management for almost 20 years. Despite her formal educational background and work experience in different fields, she is specialized in property management for short-term rental stays, and in 2020 she successfully finished her specialization in Hospitality revenue management at Cornell, USA. Currently, she helps Bogatin d.o.o. with managing finance, project management, and some other administrative work.
Ksenja Jaklič, MA
Ksenja started her working career as a human resources specialist. The development of the competencies of individuals and entrepreneurial teams is still the red thread of her work. In recent years, she has been active in designing supportive educational programs for idea holders and start-ups. She has collaborated with the ABC Accelerator, the Ljubljana University Incubator and the Center for Creativity. During her collaboration with the Center of Business Excellence of the School of Economics and Business, she has also designed educational and development programs for companies. She has experience in conducting research projects and managing European projects. Holding a master’s degree in administrative sciences, she is a huge believer in innovation and strategic thinking. Rarely does anyone know that she has put her fondness for beauty things and fashion in life in the past as the owner of a women’s shoe and handbag store.
Tanja Vojvodić, MA
Tanja believes that digital marketing is one of the most important tools for businesses. That’s why she decided to follow this path and learn as much as she can – and she loves social media. She holds a masters in tourism, that’s why she started her lifestyle blog and travel vlogging. She is also an advocate for sustainability and keeping our planet safe.
Martin Jarc
Martin is an entrepreneur at heart with project management experiences.
